Terms & Conditions (Rules & Regulations)
- Intellectual Property: All songs recorded and performances recorded during "Asli Hip Hop" will be the Exclusive Property of DiAMONDIZ.
- Indemnification: The participant guarantees that their performance (Lyrics, Beat) is original. The participant is liable for any copyright claims.
- Safety: DiAMONDIZ is NOT liable for any injury or accident during the show.
- Code of Conduct: Use of alcohol, drugs, or violence will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Career Package: Benefits like Website and Recording are provided after full fee payment. Timelines are decided by management.
- Travel & Stay: Participants bear their own travel expenses. Food & Stay is provided ONLY for Grand Finale.
- Non-Refundable Policy: The registration fee once paid is Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable under any circumstances, including the participant's inability to attend the event (No-Show).
- Selection: The decision of the Judges is FINAL.
- Minors: Participants under 18 must have parental consent.
- Force Majeure: In case of cancellation due to unavoidable reasons, fees will be adjusted, not refunded.
- Disqualification: Providing false information leads to immediate disqualification.
- Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to courts in Rohtak, Haryana only.
- Damage Liability: Participants must pay for any property/equipment damage they cause.
- Registration Fee: The registration fee is mandatory for participation and must be paid in full through the official payment gateway on www.diamondiz.com.
- Age & Eligibility: Participants must meet the specific eligibility criteria mentioned in the event rules. Diamondiz reserves the right to disqualify any participant if the information provided is found to be false, without any refund.
- Event Cancellation/Rescheduling: If the event is cancelled by Diamondiz due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days. If the event is rescheduled, your registration will be automatically valid for the new date.
- Online Transaction Security:All payments are processed through a secure encrypted gateway. Diamondiz does not store your credit/debit card or net banking credentials.
- Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via Email/SMS. This serves as your entry pass/registration proof.
- Exclusivity: Winners may be required to sign an exclusive management contract.
