1. Registration & Front Fee

Diamondiz is a talent platform where participants can register for auditions and reality shows.

  • The amount of ₹500 paid on this website is the Front Fee (Initial Registration Fee).
  • This fee covers the basic registration and slot booking for the audition.
  • Any remaining balance or performance fee must be paid by the participant offline at the audition venue.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable: The Front Fee of ₹500 is strictly Non-Refundable under any circumstances.
  • Once the payment is successful, no refund requests will be entertained, even if the participant fails to attend the audition.
  • In case of a failed transaction where the amount is debited but registration is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded by the bank within 5-7 working days.

3. Shipping & Service Delivery

We do not ship any physical products. Our services are digital and event-based.

  • Delivery: Upon successful payment, your registration is confirmed immediately.
  • You will receive a confirmation receipt/digital entry pass via Email or SMS within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Privacy Policy

Your personal data (Name, Contact Number, Talent Details) is safe with us. We use this information solely for show-related processing and casting updates. We do not share your data with third parties.
